Dispatching a completed order form to MFP is deemed a legally binding offer to conclude an agreement between the registered user (sender) and MFP (recipient) based on the actual content of the order specified in the order form.
The mere receipt of an order does not create a legally binding agreement. MFP is free to reject such offer for any reason. In case of rejection MFP will inform the sender via return e-mail within one working day. Otherwise the order is placed and an agreement binding for both parties has been formed.

Orders can only be accepted by MFP if there is sufficient time to arrange for the work to be done. MFP recommends the placement of orders at least five working days before the actual deadline. MFP disclaims all responsibility for any loss of rights or damage of any kind resulting from late orders. In urgent cases MFP recommends direct personal contact with an attorney of MFP. |

Users are kindly requested to provide MFP with complete and accurate information in the registration process and in the order forms. MFP disclaims any responsibility for faults caused by incomplete or wrong information provided in the order. |

Registered users should be aware that they are responsible for preventing unauthorized use of their user ID and password. MFP accepts no liability for such unauthorized use. |
