The IP-webwide Click'n FileŽ software allows for an increase in
efficiency of your daily work by accessing your own database to
enter many details required in connection with your IP orders. Any
registered user may store applicant details, inventors names,
trademark details, etc., for easy access to repeatedly required data.

Since IP-webwide transmits data using
exclusively the secure SSL-protocol, all application documents
(patent specification, drawings, designs, etc.) can be sent in
electronic form (file upload). Alternatively, some or all documents
can be sent by facsimile or mail.

After the data input for a specific
order has been completed, a personal data sheet is available for
checking and for your internal approval. To dispatch the order, a
mouse click suffices to ensure immediate confirmation of receipt
from us by e-mail. Please note that we will need your order in
reasonable time prior to the final deadline. In urgent cases one
working day in advance is usually sufficient. However, since a
German national phase of an International Patent Application must be
filed in the German language, we will need such orders early enough
to ensure that the German translation can be prepared on time.
