For security reasons, you must register once before using the IP-webwide system and your own database with our Click'n File® filing software. To obtain a first impression of how the system works, you may enter a test mode enabling you to use the system without actually sending an order.

For registration certain data is required and you may choose your personal user-ID and your password which will be confirmed by two separate e-mails. Any access to the system and to your personal data will require the correct user-ID and password. Additionally, you may change personal data (e.g. address) or retrieve your lost password.

Preparing orders

After registration you are entitled to dispatch IP orders to our firm by selecting one of the available order forms. To make work more efficient, you may wish to store repeatedly required data such as applicant data, inventor data or lists of goods and services in your personal database. Application documents (patent specification, drawings, designs, etc.) can be attached to your order in electronic form (file upload) or must be forwarded by facsimile or mail. To check the order prior to dispatch and for internal approval you may wish to print a data sheet reflecting your order. Each order can be saved for completion or dispatch at a later date.

Orders for other foreign associates

As a further feature it is possible to use your order data stored in the system for printing data sheets for other foreign associates. These sheets can easily be attached to your regular order letters without the need to retype all necessary and important data.
